1Promotional Credit Plan Details: Deferred Interest, Payment Required plan: Interest will be charged to your Account from the purchase date if the promotional plan balance is not paid in full within the promotional period. Minimum payments are required for each Credit Plan. Minimum payments are NOT guaranteed to pay the promotional plan balance within the promotional period. You may have to pay more than the minimum payment to avoid accrued interest charges.*
2Promotional Credit Plan Details: Low APR, Equal Payment. Interest will be charged to your Account at the reduced APR from the purchase date through the end of the promotional period. After the promotional plan expiration date, the purchase APR will apply. Minimum payments are required for each Credit Plan.*
*All Promotional Plans: Valid for single transaction only. As of 07/2026, terms for new Accounts: Purchase APR of 32.99%. Variable Penalty APR up to 39.99%, based on Prime Rate. Minimum interest charge is $3 in any billing period in which interest is due. A fee of $2.99 per month may apply for each paper billing statement mailed to you. You can avoid this fee by enrolling in paperless statements. Existing Cardholders: see your credit card agreement for Account terms.
3Suggested Monthly Payment Details: The suggested monthly payment requires placing your purchase on a promotional credit plan, and it may be higher than the required minimum monthly payment on your billing statement. The following assumptions were made regarding the suggested monthly payment: it equals the purchase amount (excluding taxes and shipping costs) divided by the number of months in the promotional period, rounded up to the nearest dollar; you make 6, 12, 18 or 24 equal payments during the promotional period; you make all payments on time; and you currently do not and will not have any other balance on your account during the promotional period.
4Suggested Monthly Payment Details: The suggested monthly payment requires placing your purchase on a promotional credit plan with equal monthly payments. The following assumptions were made regarding the suggested monthly payment: it equals the purchase amount (excluding taxes and shipping costs) divided by the number of months in the promotional period, rounded up to the nearest dollar; you make 24, 36, 48 or 60 payments during the promotional period; and you make all payments on time.

How do stem cell payment plans work?
Financing on this page is offered through the Alphaeon® Credit Card, a healthcare credit card issued by Comenity Capital Bank. You apply with Alphaeon, and Alphaeon makes the credit decision. If you are approved, you can use your available credit toward care at our partner clinic and choose from the promotional plan options Alphaeon offers at the time of purchase, such as the plans shown in the estimate calculator on this page. How accurate are the payment estimates?
The calculator gives an estimate only, based on Alphaeon’s published patient plan terms as of 07/2026. It assumes the full amount goes on one promotional plan and every payment is made on time. Plan availability and terms are set by Alphaeon when you apply and make a purchase, and may change. For no-interest plans, interest is charged from the purchase date if the balance is not paid in full within the promotional period. Subject to credit approval. See Alphaeon terms for details.
Will applying involve a credit check?
Alphaeon will explain whether a credit check is involved when you apply. Read the information shown on the application screens before you submit anything, and contact Alphaeon if you have questions about how an application may affect your credit.
What can financing be used for?
Approved credit can generally be used toward treatment and related clinic fees at our partner clinic. Ask the clinic to confirm which charges in your treatment plan can be paid with your Alphaeon account before you schedule.
Who decides whether I am approved?
Alphaeon and its issuing bank make every credit decision. The clinic does not decide approvals, credit limits, or plan terms. Approval depends on Alphaeon’s review of your application. Subject to credit approval. See Alphaeon terms for details.
