1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of stemcellpaymentplans.com (the “Site”), provided for patients of Innovations Stem Cell Center (“the clinic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Information only, not medical advice

The Site provides general information about financing options for treatment at the clinic. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a consultation with a qualified healthcare provider. Using the Site or submitting the consultation form does not create a doctor–patient relationship. Whether any treatment is appropriate for you can only be decided after a consultation with the clinic. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.

3. No medical claims or guarantee of results

Nothing on the Site is a claim that any treatment will cure, treat, or improve any condition. Treatment outcomes vary from person to person, and we do not guarantee any particular result. Ask the clinic about the possible benefits, risks, and alternatives of any treatment before you decide.

4. Financing is provided by Alphaeon, not by this Site

• The Site is not a lender and does not make credit decisions, arrange loans, or offer credit. Nothing on the Site is an offer of credit or a guarantee that you will be approved.
• Financing described on the Site is offered through the Alphaeon® Credit Card. Alphaeon Credit Card Accounts are issued by Comenity Capital Bank.
• Credit card offers are subject to credit approval. Alphaeon and Comenity Capital Bank decide whether to approve an application and set credit limits, rates, promotional plans, fees, and all other account terms. The clinic does not decide approvals, credit limits, or plan terms.
• Applications are completed on Alphaeon’s website and are governed by Alphaeon’s and Comenity Capital Bank’s terms, disclosures, and privacy policies. Read them carefully before you accept any offer. Questions about an application or account should go to Alphaeon.
• Plans, rates, and terms may change at any time without notice to the Site. If anything on the Site differs from the terms Alphaeon gives you, Alphaeon’s terms control.

5. The payment calculator is an estimate only

The “Estimate your plan” calculator is a tool we built from Alphaeon’s published patient plan terms as of 07/2026. It is provided for illustration only and is not an offer, quote, or approval. In particular:

• Estimates assume the full amount is placed on a single promotional plan, that every payment is made on time, and that there is no other balance on the account. They use the amount you enter and do not include taxes.
• Results are rounded and may differ slightly from Alphaeon’s own figures.
• Not every plan may be available to you. Plan availability and terms are set by Alphaeon and Comenity Capital Bank when you apply and make a purchase, and they may change.
• For deferred interest (“no interest if paid in full”) plans, interest is charged to your account from the purchase date if the promotional plan balance is not paid in full within the promotional period. Minimum payments may not pay off the balance in time.
• Your actual monthly payment, APR, and total cost will be shown in the terms Alphaeon provides to you. Subject to credit approval.

6. Consultation requests

If you submit the consultation form, you agree to provide accurate information about yourself and to be contacted as described in the form and in our Privacy Policy. Please do not include medical history or other detailed health information. Submitting the form does not book an appointment or guarantee that treatment will be offered.

7. Third-party websites

The Site links to websites run by others, including Alphaeon’s application site. We provide these links for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, terms, privacy practices, availability, or security of any third-party website, and a link is not an endorsement. Your use of those sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site. For example, you may not submit false information or information about another person without their permission, send spam or automated submissions, try to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, interfere with how the Site works, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

9. Content and trademarks

The Site’s text, design, and graphics are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without permission. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Alphaeon® and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the financing provider.

10. Disclaimer

We try to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but the Site and all of its content, including the calculator, are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the clinic and its owners, providers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of money, credit, data, or opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, the calculator, or any third-party website, including any decision you make about financing or treatment based on the Site. Some laws do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Your responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for, and to hold the clinic harmless from, claims and costs that result from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the Site or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, unless the law requires otherwise. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
